"Before we begin, the purpose and direction of ESCAPES is to provide ENJOYMENT and VALUE to the MEMBER.
In this regard, ALL MEMBERSHIP FUNDS are deposited to a TRUST ACCOUNT, and not released until Statesman Vacation Resort Ltd. has successfully pre-sold sufficient Founding Memberships estimated to be +/-1500 where a Member usually acquires 2 or 3 Play-Day Intervals. (A Play-Day Interval is defined as 7 Play-Days)".
Since ESCAPES is a compilation of Destination Resorts, each Resort must meet a standard of 10 criteria, that includes a safe jurisdiction, sufficient activities/adventures for Members, and the delivery of White Glove Concierge Services.
ESCAPES is after all, a Country Club of prime Resort Properties that are for the enjoyment of it's Private Members. |
